Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Banlieue91. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or initial payment method within 5 business days.
