If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
EU Consumer Cooling-Off Rights
For customers located in the European Union (EU), consumer protection laws provide additional rights. Under EU consumer protection law, customers who purchase goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. These 14 days are commonly known as the "cooling-off period."
To exercise this right, customers must notify us of their decision to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period by contacting us at info@banlieue91.com.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Certain exceptions to the cooling-off right may apply where permitted by law, including for personalized or custom-made products.
10-Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at info@banlieue91.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if provided.
Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Order Cancellation
Please note that orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement. Once this period has passed, your order will be processed for shipping, and we cannot make any changes.
